Hi Sooner If I do anything to strain my neck (eg carrying shopping bags which are too heavy for me) a cracking headache usually kicks in and the pain sometimes spreads to my shoulder blades. Not very nice. Hope you feel better soon.

I find if I lie on one side too long at night, that shoulder becomes incredibly painful. Wakes me up when I move. I totally sympathize!
