If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Texas? Who said I was from Texas? I am very confused. I'm from New Mexico (which is actually a US state, between Texas and Arizona, and most of us speak English and we even get to vote, too lol) and my hubby's from Colorado, and we live in New Mexico. (New Mexicans wear lots of cowboy hats, too) I'll have to clean out my PM box right away! thanks for the heads up. And yes, KickAS is much more private than fb and myspace, so when you get the chance you should put a picture of your girls in your signature here =) oh and *htbl* USED to make my favorite little smiley show up but since KickAS switched to the new format it doesn't work every time. But it worked this time. yeah the Dansko shoes are from Sweden, I believe, and they're very comfortable for me when NOTHING else is, so I recommend them. And they have some cute stuff now too! lol *hugs* Bridget

I appreciate the advice. I am trying different diabetic shoes. I went to a podiatrist and he is going to make me orthotics. The nice thing about them is that he will make them thinner than your average insole so that can give me extra room. I am looking into extra depth diabetic shoes. If all else fails I will make my own shoes out of fur like our caveman ancestors!! LOL!

Hey Ianna Thanks so much for you message. I'll try to explain my restless thing. Usually it's the first indication that an AS attack is imminent. (meaning the pain will soon follow) And this certainly happened a couple of weeks ago. I got the restless feeling in my lower back and down my left side - whatever position I was sitting in I felt uncomfortable. It's a bit more than uncomfortable though, like you say it's not something you can ignore. I got up to go to the toilet and have a stretch and found I could not get up because I had intense pain down my left buttock. It took me a while to get up and alot of pain to get to the toilet. However, last night I had the feeling all down my left leg - which I haven't had before and this morning it had just disappeared? Not sure what to make of this really.

Hey Bridget! You're right, you're not from Texas!! LOL!! What am I like??!! I think I must have seen your lovely cowboy hat, seen the 'X' in Mexico and my poor confused NSD brain came to it's own conclusions!! LOL. What a nutcase! I've checked and double-checked to make sure I've got it right that your husband is from Colorado...... yes, he definitely is!!! - my sister spent some time in Colorado and I went out to visit her. It's absolutely beautiful there with the Rockies as a backdrop. We went to a baseball match in Denver in the snow! It was an amazing experience, having seen stuff like that on TV! I don't know much about New Mexico - so thanks for filling me in on a few misconceptions!!! I will try to concentrate better in the future to avoid any further embarrassment!!! If I could make the smiley with red cheeks appear I would do that now!!!!!!!!!!! xx

The shoe, about the shoe. I used to wear shoes with thick soles. It just give me pain. I change my shoe with one that has a soft low sole. Where when i wear it i almost feel what i step on. It feels good always wearing such shoes.

That really does sound like SI involvement because of the pain through the buttock and down the leg. That kind of pain is generally related to sciatic nerve problems, which are often indicators of SI involvement. It may be that overnight, the buttock muscles relaxed a bit and eased the pressure on the sciatic nerve. I'm sorry for your pain. Warm hugs,
Kat

heehee. that's ok. Us New Mexicans are actually used to hearing things like "Wow, your English is so good!" . . . uh-huh . . . and my name is Bridget . . . such a strongly latino name . . . lol. It got quite funny when I was working at a national call center. One woman told me that Alabama is the state between AZ and TX, and that I must be confused about my location . . . lol! bridget
