Thanks, Mel. Yah, just one more day. I really appreciated the call last night. Too bad we were only 7 minutes from dinner being ready. Had it been stew or something it wouldn't have been an issue, but it was rice pasta, and that stuff is touchy! Leave it too long and it goes to mush. Blech!  Warm hugs,

While it would have been nice to hear that you were relaxing on a beach in Hawaii with only pleasant thoughts to occupy your mind, it is nice to hear that you had some pleasant family time with your nieces and that you have returned to us safely!

Yah, it is.  As it was, it was good to have the time to meander through my house, reclaiming it from reno crap and dust. You know, my plumber almost fell over when he saw my music room. "There's a FLOOR under there!!!"  Really, all I did was put my electrician's crap in a rubbermaid bin and move it to the basement in that particular room. It was really nice to be able to do things as I felt the urge, instead of trying to clean up after a full day of work. Hawaii would have been better, tho.  Hugs,

Sometimes I think my body is an inflammation nation.
AS for 20 years
HLAb27+, i think there was talk a negative result at later date, but never confirmed.
Have been on many different anti- inflammatory drugs (naproxen to arthrotec to vimovo). Now off all prescription meds except occasional advil or tylenol.
Don't underestimate the power of icing (I bought the biggest ice pack i could find and it is good at numbing pain).
