If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Tell the Doc he need's a new camera. Still think we are not too far remvoed from the stone age when it comes to the enormous limitations on what medicine can do to diagnose.
Enjoy the disco. Bring your leisure suit and wide legs pants.

Hi Chris,
Did they tell you to believe in Santa as well?
Isn't it amazing that our diagnosis can change so radically dependent on which doctor we see?
My three wise men (specialists) I first saw when I first had hip problems told me the following, in descending order:
Spec 1: It's old age, get over it Spec 2: Far Out! What have you been doing? Your hips are on the way out Spec 3: Your hips are fine, it's inflammation.
Spec 3 got it right, as 6 months later the more indicative symptoms of AS struck and led to the dx.
I guess you just need to go and see another specialist, and hope he/she get's it right. In their defence, we are complicated machines and I would hate to be trying to diagnose the problems!

OK Gang! Yesterday was the BIG day for the Discogram. And I can certainly say in all honesty, Disco still Sucks!! That has to be the most excruciating bit of medical testing that I have endured in quite some time. It made the Myleogram look and feel like a ride on the penny pony at Walmart. I suppose the good thing, if there is a good thing to this test, is that they were able to mimic the pain 100 fold that I feel everyday. I've been telling them for years now where it hurt and what it felt like, but I guess they just had to make it hurt for themselves. I'm thinking that they need to make such tests more interactive. Let make this so that the DOCTOR feels what we feel..Then we can go "Now That's what I have been talking about" while he lays screaming on the floor. Then maybe give him a little kick on the way out and tell him to man up! We live like that everyday!! Here's a Tylenol, it will help tons! Maybe then the medicos would get the picture much sooner..
Keep Kickin'AS Chris

Chris, I had no clue what a Discogram is (but visions of John Travolta in the white suit delivering a telegram while singing "Staying Alive" came to mind) and had to look it up. Definitely doesn't sound fun (unless the vision I had is actually true!!) I'm thinking that they need to make such tests more interactive. Let make this so that the DOCTOR feels what we feel..Then we can go "Now That's what I have been talking about" while he lays screaming on the floor. That had me ROFLMAO!! If only, eh!! I am glad to hear everything seems to have repaired itself. Who knew?! Warm hugs,
Kat
