Never heard of Cocklebiddy so will have to look at a map.
The oysters at Ceduna would be good (love 'em freshly shucked and all briny) but don't ask me to go catch them. As a scuba diver, I can tell you that *NOTHING* would tempt me to even set my big toe in the water there, as the Great White Fishies have been known to come in to really shallow water only 20 m from the beach! YIKES!

I have a dumb question here...but how do you mix the cheese in....do you melt it first?

Just grate the cheese, then it mixes in easily
I just finished my last batch - must make some more tomorrow...
