Beloved,

The Dr. has done one test and has asked for two more.
He says it was a small heart attach, but needs to do more. It is not good news, but we knew something happened; because I just could not get up and get going. We are still paying on Lin’s surgery last January.
My Dr. has a brother who has A.S. – but he would not do anything with me until we get to the bottom of my heart issue. He said something about not being able to live without a heart?? Some of you new years ago that I was heartless!
I heard the Dr. say that he thought I had a beating gizzard, so he was just doing all this for the money!!!
Lin thinks I am headed for surgery: I say I am not Wanna bet?
How much is one gimp worth?
Will it wait until after hunting season?
They used one of Lin’s mammary arteries, do I have such a thing?
If I have surgery or not / who will take my confession??
If something goes wrong – anyone think I have a part worth taking, come and get it…..

I am still going hunting in October- can I pack oxygen in the woods?

Thanks for listening, I love this place and I love you guys!
Remember "it don't matter where they bury me"
cause I'll be flying high!

Lon,
Sorry to hear you had a heart attack. Glad you seem to have a sense of humor. Hope that means you are feeling pretty well.
I hope you will listen to your doctor and wife and take care of your heart and do what you need to do to repair yourself.

B'rer Lon!

Hey, all seriousness aside, this is NO JOKE. Hope that You can get over this heart issue in time for hunting, but it seems another kind of hunter is stalking You! Cayenne--don't leave home without it!

I'll fast with ya in September...

Hang in there,
John

Dearest Lon

Please know how much I care and wish you well. Listen to the doctors Lon, this is serious.

I know that you will happily meet your maker, but not yet Lon, not yet.
There are far too may things left to do, and far too many friends needing your words of wisdom.

Many hugs Lon

wow! hope things are all well. I've recently learned about D-Ribose which helps heal and strengthen heart muscles like nothing else can! I've heard personal stories about people taking it after heart disease/problems and their tests showed their hearts to be as if nothing had ever happened..and even better.

just food for thought. I know surgery must be scary and adding the statistics post-op years isn't always conforting either.

hang in there & keep fighting!
