If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Megan where is the pain at in your leg? I ask because my rheumy has said he thinks my problems is in the sciatic nerve. I will have pain that goes down the back of my leg sometimes all the way to my toes and it varies from just tingleing numb feeling to all out pain. It doesn't happen very often but if I am in a car and sitting too long at a stretch it will start up and once its going it takes a while for it to go away. My lower back/ SI always hurt it doesnt come and go like the rest of my pain and my doc thinks that because its always hurting and infammed it is pressing on those nerves that run down the lower back and legs. I havent found anything that helps yet. I hope it goes away because I know that pain just drives my insane...

Megan, I don't have any advice, but I just wanted to let you know your in my thoughts and prayers... Praying tonight you get the sleep you need. I know how hard it is when you can't sleep. I went through it last week. Wednesday I got 4 hrs, Thursday I got 3 hrs and Friday night I was up the entire night! It really wears on you.

Megan, My advise is as odd as your post. I did ask about cutting the nerves years ago. I guess that canmake htings worse, phantom pains.... I think wether walking, sleeping or jsut sitting, restless legs require, aobut a pound of choc. a good hot bath, I often use the nearest plugin, wiht aobut 4 foot of wire. the zing generally does not kill me, if it does kill me the initial shock seems totmake the restless thing less noticable. There are times, that I hold my breath until the rrestless legs become less a problem. Then thjee is the talk to the leg thing that neither works or helps, but I seem to be in a rut, so I continue talking to them. I prefer my right leg, it has more hair and seems to have some bulges that are not muscle.. Any way, Meg, I put both legs in a vise, and then my body flopped around like I was having a good fit. Let me knw how you solve it.
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.

Hi Sweetheart!
We can talk later tonight if you feel like it...
I know and I'm so sorry that you can't seem to find something to help we just need to keep looking.
I know it is hard but you have so much to look forward to, just try and think about all the positive things that are going to happen in the next months.
You are precious, you are stronger than you know, and you are SUCH a great friend to me and many others..keep your chin up!
Hugs,
Lisa
