The PT looked at the TMJ and made some suggestions for self-care and ultrasounded it for me.
It seems the most helpful thing for TMJ issues is to see a dentist and get a night splint. If it's not getting any better, I'll call my dentist after Christmas.
Let's all go to Arizona in January!

Thanks for the hugs, Megan. My regular family doctor who is wonderful will be back after Christmas so I'll see her then.

Awwww gee Karen!!
I get jaw pain for a long time after Dentist appts too.. never thought about TMJ-AS issues....
