well now, they just lost to New Jersey............. sounds like Cliff Fletcher is supposed to be coming back to Leaf land as interim GM, and they haven't fired JFJ yet! Bet he feels wanted!...

I was pulling for your Leafs.. our nemesis, Jersey.  We play them Tues and they always seem to have our number. But, we beat on Ottawa tonight, 6-1, so that was good. We're sitting atop our division and 2nd in the conference.. sorry, I'm really not throwing our victories in your face.. it's just, wow! Who would've thought this would happen after the year we had last season.. even us diehard's would have never guessed all our new guys would gel so quickly and have such great chemistry together. The Leafs are not out of the picture.. once they get Fletcher back, things could easily and quickly turn around...

Hey! I'm a huge Dallas Stars Fan. For my birthday the last two years, hubby and son have bought me Center Ice so I can watch all the games. I have the 'priviledge' of being the only one within 70 miles of having Center Ice. I'm VERY alone in my hockey mania here!!

Hi Ann! Nice to see another hockey fan amongst us.. it's a shame you are all alone out there.. why choose Dallas? Just curious.. they're a pretty good team this year. My husband and I are big Flyers fans and being in Philadelphia, we are definitely NOT alone here.. our city has a great love of all our sports, hockey being one of them! Very nice of your hubby and son to get you center ice, by the way.  Take care and have fun watching the stretch run into the playoffs!! Renee

Hi Renee,
I was at my in-laws one very long weekend in Oklahoma and they got the Dallas Stars on tv every game. I would retreat in the evening and watch them..don't know..just got hooked on them. Before them I really liked Detroit but then the strike came and I didn't get back into them. With seeing Dallas play, it just sparked something.
They were doing great the first two games but stunk the third game in the series so far. Tomorrow night hopefully they can pull it out.
