Thanks so much. I have been using coconut oil for frying because it doesn't break down like other oils in heat. Do you just eat it? What does it do for you?

cooking with it is best. the higher quality will actually smell & taste like coconut. excellent moisturizer too like someone stated earlier

Thanks Jude2, I'm assuming that that is you on that big giant bike. do you ride? I did for a couple of years. I gave it up because I'm too much of a wuss. I live in Atlanta Georgia and the traffic here is crazy. What's it like in Queens Land?
