Hi Todd,

You get my vote for the nurses uniform. Hope things settle down for you. I'm sliding in at 44 on my sed rate. You win. Look forward to hearing more from you.

Lisa,

First smile of the day. Imagining my hubby in nylons and giving me my injections. He's not quite as big as your guy, but the idea is the same. You can't escape from the needle cause I'd be rolling on the floor laughing. I go for screening Wednesday for an Enbrel study. I hope I can get on it. I'm sure my hubby will have to give me the injections, at least at first. Hope yours kick in soon, and gives you a break.

Hugs,

Cindy

I didn't do anything to the Epsom Salts post, except repeat something a man told me.

Hi Todd and welcome.

I have a 12 year old son with AS. Enbrel has put him into complete remission for going on 4 months now. What more can I say?

Hi, Todd, and

I've never been on Enbrel but several people here have found relief of their symptoms with it. I'm a wuss when it comes to needles, when I bombed off of MTX - - kept getting bronchities and sore throats, guess it depressed my immune system too much although I was only on 15 - - I thought Enbrel would be the next bump in the road but my rheumy decided to spare me the needles and try Arava, another relatively new DMARD, first, one tiny little pill taken daily - - and it threw me into as close to remission as I think I can get, given the mechanical damage to my back after 20 plus years of AS.

However, you do have an extra incentive to go the Enbrel route, your wife dressed up in a nurse's uniform

Okay, now I'm curious, have to go check out that post Epsom salts? The imagination boggles.
