Hi Amy,
My rheumatologist says I have "mild" limited movement in my neck, so I know something's wrong with it. I don't think those standard MRI's are worth a dime.
Dr Khan has AS and he's in Cincinnati. I'm close enough to go see him, but can't afford it.
I took that anti vertigo drug too. It didn't do a thing for me either.
I'm really not sure which is causing the positional head movement dizziness though. It could be the neck, or it could be an autoimmune ear thing.
There is controversy over the neck causing vertigo, and they don't know enough about autoimmune ear diseases. So I guess we're stuck not knowing.

Yep, I have it. Had surgery to replace 4 discs last January. Would love to say I have improved but I am much stiffer than before. I am doing PT now and massage to help. Good Luck and really think twice about surgery! I wish I had
