Had to chuckle on the recliner thing. My kids are always telling me not sit in the green chair because I will fall asleep !!
It was a god send when I was in the brace with my broken neck, but ironically, now when I sleep in it, it bothers my neck. Go figure. Maybe a combination of the aforementioned pillow and the recliner will get me some pleasant dreams.

Okay Doug, I bit the bullet and ordered one. My neck made me do it today.

the british pillow I was given for christmas, its great it remembers the shape of your neck , something to do with the foam its made from.. saves you from punching pillows in the middle of the night. It stops my mouth from lolling open,no dry mouth in the morning.the electric air matress you can get here from the NHS via the social work friend with Ms has one she says its really comfy . Got to go now mum wants to go shopping lol elspeth

Okay Doug, you can say, I told you so . I woke up for the first time in months with only minimal neck pain. As far as the jaw thing, I didn't notice anything when on my side. Couldn't use it in the recliner though, it wrapped around my face. I'll figure something out for that though.

Like women, it's expensive, but worth it. (I know I'm going to catch it for that one )

I think it's the same pillow. It's called Therapeutica. It was $59.95 usd + $7.00 shipping.

As far as the every penny, maybe, every dollar I don't know about that
