I just re-tested the miso. I thought maybe I missed something, but after carefully checking, (Hatcho is dark anyway) it free and clear. I must have got a good brand. I´ve been drinking it as broth and,.. no affects.

Four days is nothing!
It took me several months and antibiotics before I felt noticably better.
I've been on the diet for 3 and a half years and I'm GREAT!
Just went on a strenuous backpacking trip high in the Washington Cascade mountains; couldn't have done that 4 years ago.
Had a lot of trouble with my neck lately: turned out to be my pillow. Ha!
I've gained FAR more than I've sacrificed on the NSD.
Stick with it.
