If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Maureen I have had costochondritis for years off and on very severely. It does hit one side for me worse than the other usually. It is a wrapping pain from the back around to the front where at least 4-5 of my ribs are like they are burning-ver sore to touch. Hard to lie down on them etc. I have no breathing problems when mine are infalmmed just the bad burning and raw pain. Hope you get it figured out. I have heard rib inflammation can be detected through bone scan although I haven't had that done. My rheumy said based on symptoms and excelent response to steroid injections that's what it is. Hi Julie,
Mine is not nearly that bad...doesn't wrap around to the back.....hopefully won't ever. Does the Enbrel help the ribs?
Maureen
PS aren't you up a little early today?
