If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi there,
When I first read your post, I thought of the hip as well. Right up there in the groin - luckily it sounds as if it's better. I often have spells of this and it isn't any fun at all!
Luckily, my dog is pretty easy to walk - a brown lab - my problem with him is that he loves running around with other dogs. This past winter, he hit me from behind and down I went. Had to walk 3 km. with a broken wrist. I was not pleased with him but he looks so apologetic that I couldn't stay mad at him for long.
What's really good about having a dog is that they need exercise...which means that I have to walk whether or not I want to.
D.
