Hi All

Here are some pic's I just got back. The first one is me sitting in my NEW Wheel Chair.

This one is me Popping a Wheelie.

This one is me Standing as Tall as I can.

And this Last one is me trying to look Forward.

It might seem like I the Surgery didn't work but when I am sitting in my Wheel Chair I do see more than I did before.

John

John:

Good looking new chair--actually looks comfortable! Considering you just told us that you are battling an infection from your surgery right now, you look damn good! All that surgery really puts the body through the wringer, so I'm glad to see you looking so well.

Thanks for sharing these photos of yourself. I think photos like these put a real face on the disease for peopleand serve as clear proof for those who don't think the disease can be real severe that yes, in fact, it can. I am not bent quite as badly as you, but before I had my osteotomy, I wasn't too far off from your degree of curvature. The picture of you attempting to look forward reminded me so much of myself; it really hit home! Amazing the creative ways we have to come up to do things that non-AS folks take for granted, isn't it?

I hope the treatment of your infection is going well and that you are feeling better. Again, thanks for sharing the photos.

Brad

Whoa John! I almost didn't recognize you with all that hair! It looks good! And do I detect facial hair as well? Hmm? A beard in the making perhaps or is it the 2day no shave sexy look. Remember Don Johnson? Oh God! I'm dating myself again

That is a great chair! I'm so glad it works well for you! Watch it with those wheelies pal or you'll be leaving rubber marks all over Joannes clean floors.

Thanks so much for sharing the photos but next time... wear a kilt ok? .

peace & love
Kathy

Wow what a snazzy new chair!

As for popping those wheelies I say go for it, dont worry about the marks cause when it all boils down for it your already in prime crouching position to wipe them up after you finished. So I say have your fun.............but take care of the evidience before the missus gets home!

Hope your feeling better and thanks for the piccies its nice to see how your going.

Sal
