A healthy and happy New Year to all.

I am a 64 year old pre-novice when it comes to communicating this way. I may have to give up my carrier pigeons if this works for me.

Hello Michelle,

Yes I found my way, but I still feel as if I am still in Kansas (Wizard of Oz). I still have a long way to go to get out of the black and white images of Kansas. Hope to get to OZ and express myself visually and in color per your message. Have memory loss due to military service connected disability. My 16 year old says I have zero RAM, but also states I have an amazing amount of "stuff and things" in my gray matter (storage). Your message and assistance was greatly appreciated.

Well Brian, I have almost as much of the Donnachaidh in me with a splash of Austrian/German thrown in for accuracy. I've always had this thing for being on time

I do think the Campbell blood is the most interesting and spirited part. Me thinks it's the Canadian influence.

Not going there, Snort!

Hi Joe!

Glad you found us and don't worry about navigating the site, you'll get the hang of it especially with the help from wonderful people like Michelle. I think it's great your learning computers. I was 40 before I actually got brave enough and although it was out of necessity for work I am so glad I did. Of course it's always a work in progress for me, always something new to learn. I'm sure your teenager will help you overcome your "zero RAM" Use lots of sticky notes.

Nice to meet you!
peace
Kathy

Hi Kathy,

Thank you for the welcome. I look forward to getting the hang of bulletin boards and chat rooms. Look forward to participating and "meeting" with peers who are negatively impacted by AS. Again, thank you for the welcome.

Joe
