If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I'm affraid I can't really answer that, but when I drink coffee I get a nice energy boast after just a couple of sips. Perhaps it's just me, but I start feeling noticeably better or is it because I jump up with a spring in my step? I tried last night and sure enough, I felt better right off the bat and wanted to do something. At 2 AM there isn't much to do though, so I rolled around on my balance ball for an hour or so. I'd have to say to you, try a cup or two after you get up and see how you feel. It certainly doesn't cause me any inflammation. Just leave the cream and sugar out. It you don't like regular black coffee, then try the Folgers French Vanilla. It has a nice flavor! I tried the folgers hazelnut and I think it might have given me a slight bit of inflammation, but I didn't try it again and it went away within 10 hours or so completely. I Could have slept wrong or something. I suspect anything that has nut in the name. Anyone else have a problem with coffee or gain benefits from it?

I read John's post on that along time ago. I applaud him for being able to share his experiences with it and found it rather entertaining. Just dig out the prayer rug and act like your talking to Allah! I don't think I could do it. Funny how some are able to incorporate it into their, uh, mmmm, relationship.
I'll just pour mine in the top and left it work its way down.
Bottoms up! Allan

my morning stiffness melds into the afternoon without my pot or 2 of coffee
arghhhh telling on myself again
something funny, my body does seem to notice if my diet is mostly berries and melon.
I did this at first start, I was ill when I began my NSD, so DragonSlayer literally had to hold me hand meal by meal, I LOVE YOU JOHN!, anyway....then I went to regular nsd, and did not feel as good. If I eat alot of melon and berries for several days I am feeling better, how bizarro is that? Anybody else have a GI tract with hyper expensive tastes?

Hi Allan, I'm a coffee drinker like my mom, so I need a cup of coffee in the morning, black and sweet, no dairy, no creamer. I don't have any problem with it - related to inflammation problem - a cup of coffee in the morning or after lunch certainly bring me more positive energy through out the day. A cup a day - that's all I need and certainly it won't bring any negative impact to me. Good day to you, Sinta

>>Bottoms up! HAHAHAA ! This post from the old forum is from steve (BLUEtwo). I don't think I have read john's post on enemas. Give us a link if you know where it is!. Steves post has some very interesting info about how coffee removes toxins from the body. Bottoms up z "So long and thanks for all the fish" - Hitch Hikers Guide To The Galaxy

>> black and sweet, no dairy, no creamer. I take my coffee black too. Don't like my coffee sweet though. I drank about 2 cups of coffee this morning without any food. I feel really good ! And I can only find one tender point on my body .. my partner complained I was talking too fast hehehee .. Coffee seems to work better for me if I drink it on an empty tummy. When I drink it with food it just doesn't seemto do me any good. oh well... I tried having a few cupaccino's last week, and the frothed milk is a big mistake. Caused a small amount of pain in my hands. But that passed very quickly fortunately. In my case the hand pain and iritis have the same cause and the same solution. here's to good coffee, z "So long and thanks for all the fish" - Hitch Hikers Guide To The Galaxy

Black is the go for me, but must be real coffee. Instant black is instant stomach upset. I often use a ginger sachet and only have 3-4 a week. Other coffee threads elsewhere... Ted

Hi Ted, Talking about real coffee, I assume is the same with the one I drink in local brand. I don't like instant coffee, it doesn't feel like coffee to me but if I am on travelling then I wouldn't complaint too much as long as I have a cup in the morning. Sinta

z, From what I heard, drinking a coffee on empty stomach is not good especially if you have an ulcers (caffein related reasons?) but I used to take it on empty stomach too, like a breakfast. One cup and it will give me enough energy until noon. Surely I prefer to have a light snack but since it's very difficult to find accepted NSD snack then coffee goes alone. During my travel with Tim in San Diego he always told me: it's not good Sinta, everytime I ran out for coffee but surely he can't force me to away from it . Sinta

Hi Sinta, I have found in life that men have very little influence over women.... I knew getting you off of coffee was a lost cause. But I did get you hooked on pistachios while you were here Take care, Tim You can complain that roses have thorns or rejoice that thorns have roses.
