Yeah, but Eric, did you let your beautiful eyes well up with tears when you tried Dan's suggestion? That'll slay a parent every time!  But, I did notice that your mom pointed out that you're home way before her. So, really, all you have to do is your homework and get your butt in here. Right? Folding your clothes and loading the dishwasher would probably help too, but then I'm the pot calling the kettle black on that one.  Many hugs, Kat

Compromise, I spend most of my good energy trying to get my children to do things and it's the same things every night.
When all the jobs get done etc parents tend to chill out and relax. So help mum, get you homework completed properly, your room tidy and those other jobs and voila mum will be so pleased.
Those little things are part of the trust mechanism, if she can't trust you on those then she can't trust you with bigger things such as being on-line.......and ......If you ask for time on KickAS then you need to spend time here and not on games etc.
Something else, and Will has the same problem sitting on a computer (or playstation) in the same posture is not the best thing so 30-45 minutes maybe so that you do n't stiffen spasm......
Sorry but being a parent, there's usually good reasons even if you can't explain them at the time and just say no!

Eric if you need a hand Bruno suggests the following. He has a female friend her name is Angie. Angie is about 27 years old, she has a lot of body piercings, only carries one gun, she has very poor manners, she smokes waaaaay to much and enjoys trying to ride her motorcycle blindfolded. Bruno will send Angie up your way and next time your Mom is on the computer say "don't worry Mom I don't want to be online with the gang at kickAS I'm just goin' for a ride with my new girl Angie."
