Andy it would be hard to expect any starch reaction from zucchini, red meat or wine, but if the meat is processed it may have added starch.
I was surprised at the way my "allergies" or sensitivities presented with AS type pain so i had to accept that some non-starch foods foods were bad for ME - like avocado, mango. However, these food sensitivities did not last long because my gut healed significantly and i can happily eat avocado, mango and other foods now.
If you are sure there is no starch at all in your diet, then a sensitivity of some sort must be assumed. This is where i typically went into a "safe foods" mode and restricted my diet severely for a few weeks at the same time as using healing supplements. I think this is the major benefit of a mono-diet - apples, grapes are safe, healing and sustaining.
Each person will have different safe foods because we each have very few foods we can tolerate almost every meal for over a week.......my major one is chicken, but for anyone else i suggest unprocessed foods from outside the documented allergy groups (dairy, seafood, eggs, soy etc. etc.)

And maybe cooking, in breaking down cellulose, makes the little starch there is available?

Almonds have 2.7 g/100g starch.

They wear ''their brains in their bellies, and their guts in their heads,'' as Agrippa taxed some parasites of his time, rushing on their own destruction, as if a man should run upon the point of a sword, they eat till they burst ...

'Then you should say what you mean,' the March Hare went on. 'I do,' Alice hastily replied; 'at least - at least I mean what I say - that's the same thing , you know.' 'Not the same thing a bit!' said the Hatter.
