Hi all, I've just returned from the Cleveland Clinic where all my tests were in and I thought I was to hear my good news. Of course, nothing has been that easy lately. They found 2 suspicious spots....one in the brain and one in my right femur. I have no pain at all in these areas so he just can't believe they are malignant. He told me before the only way I could have the surgery and start the study was if the rest of my tests were clean. One x-ray today and a MRI of the head Thurs. aft. If they look benign or otherwise not a problem, surgery is on schedule for Friday. If they look like tiny malignancies they have to deal with them first. Would put me back about a month  I have not gotten one break since the beginning here. I just want this out and therapy to start. Time is so important here Thank you for th beautiful cards I've been receiving. You are all the best and John [LC] and I are lucky to have such a great support system. If you don't hear from me after Saturday, you'll know I'm in the hospital, if not I'll be on to keep you updated  love you all, linda

Linda Sincerely hope not to hear from you on Saturday... You deserve a break and hopefully you will get it... Just remember that God doesn't give us more than we can handle but sometimes we truly wish he didn't trust us so much... Mike

Hi Linda Gosh it always seems that when things can't get any worse - they do. Praying and hoping really hard that everything is a go for you on Friday. Then we will all await good news from then on, as to how well your treatments are going. With all this positive thinking from your huge KickAS family, I don't see how things can go anything but WELL.  Warm Hugs Maggie
