Ted, figured that I throm my $.02 in. I bought one of the pillows that Doug recommended, best thing I could have done (I was still recovering from a broken neck amongst my other wonderful ailments ), I only wish they made it one size bigger (being 6' 5" I have a lot of neck & shoulder ) There's a sizing chart on the website that has you measure the distance from your neck to your shoulder (I think, it was over a year ago that I got mine) and that determines the size of the pillow.

Ian

Good luck and to quote Doug when he advised me to get mine "Go for it, you won't regret it"

Here's the prior thread where we discussed the pillow (it's an interesting read with some chuckles)

HI Doug...

Got fed up with my pillow and order a "regular" size of the pillow that you recommended. I will let you know the results.

I had a hard time deciding between sizes. It was either this one or the one that was smaller. Looks like I am a 5" inch neck and that was sort of the cut off.

Anyhow....I betting on a good nights sleep.

Hi Y'all,

Well I just received my Therapeutica pillow last night and used it, I think it's really great! I am going to give it the full 30-day trial before I pass final judgement, but I think it's a lot better than any of the other pillows I've used (memory foam, buckwheat hulls, etc.).

By the way, these are now available in 5 sizes (Contrary to what they have available on the painreliever.com website.)

Thanks for the tip!
Andy

Doug...I did ...and I love it!!!

I do think that I should have gone with a smaller size but this one works. I got the average one.

Doug,

I've been using the pillow for a few nights now, and I can really feel the difference when I wake up. My neck is not nearly so stiff as I've been used to. I think that being able to lie on my side on those "wings" is what makes the difference. The foam and buckwheat pillows were pretty good when I was flat on my back (if "flat" can be the correct term! ), but there were always problems when I lay on my side. This has really helped!

Thanks again!
Andy

I posted this up before I know, but check out the possibilities of the knee pillow to use as well. I use one and it helps the hips stay in alignment with the neck and spine.http://www.putnams.co.uk/fset.php?build=sleeping.htm

Paul,

Boy, sometimes it takes me a long time to read some of these posts!

Thanks for the information. I have been thinking about a knee pillow for some time now, but I think I'll look a little closer to home for a vendor!

Regards,
Andy

If you find a vendor in the US, let me know.
