This is the PM that I sent to Patty.....It came about on New Years Eve when Patty told me that she was going to be in chat and didnt make it. I was just given some bad news from a doctor also. I was just trying to get Patty to join the fun.

I followed it up with an e-card stating that if I came on too strong, then I apologize.

As you can see, I never told her to take her problems elsewhere.....I tried to get to to pull her self up from the boot straps, and try to get on with her life as the best she could.

If YOU find this offensive I am sorry. It was never meant that way, and the card that followed, (and yes, she received) should of told her that. Or did Patty "forget" to mention the card to you......

are you going to take the little time that you have left to wallow in self pity, or are you going to make the best of it.

I am not trying to underestimate what you are going through....but you need to pull yourself up by the boot straps and make the best of what you have. I just told a girlfriend today that I will do the poor me party for a bit, and she just said, as long as I dont stay there too long.....so my friend.....dont stay there too long. The world does not wait for us.

I hope that I did not step out of line, and if I did....I am sorry. Just try to make the best of a bad situation. I know that it sucks, but try to enjoy what you have.

Your supposed 'cut and paste' of your alleged post doesn't even reflect the format of PM's!!!!!

Besides, this alleged PM (anyone could do this, no brain cells required) is dated New Year's Eve at 10.30pm...and it doesn't take too many brain cells either to work out Patty stopped posting for a while after the second bone marrow biopsy, some time after this allegedly sent PM.

Btw Sassy was YOUR bad news that your prognosis might be less that 18 months?? And how would you have reacted if someone had taken the same venemous approach as you???
