If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I reckon I'm around 10, by now. Can we add on Erbringer's 60 patients he first did the London Diet trials on?

'Then you should say what you mean,' the March Hare went on. 'I do,' Alice hastily replied; 'at least - at least I mean what I say - that's the same thing , you know.' 'Not the same thing a bit!' said the Hatter.

I'll take number 1,000,000 just to see if there is a special prize like at a supermarket! I think I'm going NSD, but have been adding more and more sharp cheddar, mushrooms, and butter(more and more means not just a smigen). I haven't noticed a problem and I just keep getting looser. I can now lay on my stomach and prop myself on my elbows and my hips will stay on the floor. It's nice to know other people are stepping outta of this and into a better quality of life. Oh, new motto --NSD, it does a body good-- well milk didn't live up to it, so I swiped it. Funny how when I see a McFish add on TV I think "I could handle that....".
Keep Kick'in_as! Even when he's down... Allan

Count me in also. This diet is great. Too bad it's not common practice.

Great in theory, but already I've responded to Linda, now you (just to say this!) so that doesn't work . . . I thought it would be less complex, especially for AS Kickers! (Kidding, of course!) But we'll figure it out . . . We all need 3 things: Someone to love, something to do, & something to hope for.

I wish I could lie on my stomach -- I don't get it . . . (Any secrets to tell me?) Yup, I'm the same when I watch TV commercials, or have to walk through a mall (those food courts!) -- wonder if that ever disappears. Going to Albuquerque on Friday, and they have Romano's Macaroni Grill, and I can always make a good NSD meal there -- they're so accommodating. Looking forward to it. Patty We all need 3 things: Someone to love, something to do, & something to hope for.

This reminds me of in school when I tell them to count off in fours, or fives . . . it's a monumental task! I'm counting now, but if the NEXT ONE will say, "I'm 17" that would be brilliant! (All in fun, of course! I'm not really scolding anyone, and no detention this time! Really, I just wanted to know how many of us there are, actively here, doing NSD, supporting the cause, and feeling great!) Patty was 1, Linda became 2, Tim claimed 3, John (Dragonslayer) didn't really asked to be counted, but he is anyway -- 4, Jas_mine is 5, Ted 6, Gerard 7, Wind rider 8, Arjan 9, Charlie 10, Bilko 11, Pello (our prayers are with you) is 12, tink 13, the monkey lady is 14, jei1995 is 15, and Chewy became 16. We all need 3 things: Someone to love, something to do, & something to hope for.
