The I MISS PASTA Easy Dinner:

Thinly slice zucchini & yellow squash and place in oven safe dish
Pour spaghetti sauce over the top and stir until coated (I found a good organic one with no added starch, that I love!)
Shred REAL parmessan and asiago cheese over top and Bake for about 30 minutes at 350.
Yummmmmmm
