I creak and crack all over. Fingers, wrists, thumbs, toes, ankles, shoulders, hips, back, knees, neck........ I'm quite attatched to it now
My body does it naturally all the time, but sometimes I really feel the need to stretch my neck or back intensly.
What I dont enjoy, is the feeling in my knees.

Ack! When I get up or bend, it feels like a rusty hinge with no 'give'. its a very 'grating/grinding' feeling. Horrible.
