Hi Bilko,

I am sorry if I have hit a nerve here, but all I was trying to do was pass on information that I had gained about diet and how it all acts within our bodies. I am sure that you can not disagree with what I have said about the reaction with the bad and good bacteria within the upper and lower intestines. I am sure that if you have any questions you would like to ask Mr Callin, if you put them in a PM to me I can put them directly to him next time I am there in January, I am sure that he will only be too glad to provide answers for me.

As you have already stated in your other post I do not really want to get onto the grounds of Dawinism or any such thing, but there is only one thing I would like to point out to you, 6000 years ago we did not have grocerey stores, cars, motorbikes our any other such transport, we had to run (exercise) search for miles (walking) before we even had a chance of killing something for lunch dinner or even supper. We also would probably not have food for days at an end, but then again, and most importantly, what would our life expectancy be? Not long I am sure and people with mobility problems like us 6000 years ago would probably have been left behind.

By the way the agricultural revolution did not come 6000 years ago, then they did not know about crop rotation and the like, but that is just an aside. Back then they probably did not even know about agriculture properly, what happened was they found seeds in their own excrement, they couldn't digest them, must have been short of some bacteria in their digestive system somewhere along the line. But then again I am no history expert either.

As to the questions of the Inuit and other such people who live in desolate areas of the globe, I don't know I am only a old person who is trying his best against a disease that has taken a heck of alot out of his life. I could not answer about their diet of presumably fish, seal, whale and the occasional polar bear or fox or such like.

I am glad that you while being a pioneer in the Embringer tests, found something that worked for you, but do not in anyway think that I am someone who is stupid enough to just listen and not question, as the tone of your comments implied. I am only trying to find the right answer for me and impart what ever I find to anyone who wants to listen. It is up to them to judge for themselves what is best for them and I really hope that when they find it, it works well and helps as I hope that something will help for me.

As for the younger generation of rheumies, if they did not carry any baggage from the past they would have to learn again by making the same mistakes.

Take care Bilko, and everyone, and eat healthy and wise.

Dave
