OP Spiderpidge New_Member S Joined: Jun 2017 Posts: 16 Likes: 1	Not too good unfortunately. I can't take Anti-TNF due to attack on central nervous system. So the plan is, keep the diet the same as before. Do physio, Chinese herbs and acupuncture. But COVID also really screwed things up. I was doing really well on the diet, physio, herbs and acupuncture until I took the AstraZeneca vaccine... The vaccine set me off in a mega flare and apparently this is not uncommon for people with autoimmune, has anyone else experienced this?
