If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I have been eating a raw ,vegan lowfat for over 5 months, it has really helped me. I did the raw vegan diet wrong at first by eating a lot of nuts ,(cashew dip) and then I found that eating raw vegan really helps my joint pain and swelling. Also, keep moving and incorporate a green juice everyday. Also too much natural sugar bothers me too. If you want to get out of a nasty flare just juice celery and cucumber juice for the day and eat raw greens, your pain might drop like mine to a 3 out of 10. I have followed a couple people on Youtube.com for recipes "raw food romance" and "healing josephine"....she is in remission from RA after two years , she incorporated raw food for one year as well as intermitant fasting and eats two meals and stops eating around 4pm everyday.
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise
