As you will have realised by now all the above symptoms plus a few more are typical of some sort of nerve problem probably directly due to your surgery. It is a very good thing that you are already showing signs of an improvement. My only advice as someone who also suffers similar problems due to spinal surgery is to try and get the spinal team to commit themselves to what your future treatment is to be re. this problem. Don't let them discharge you from hospital just because they need the bed.

The reason for my determination is that although having my head up is fantastic & has really changed my life....it wasn't the revelation I was hoping for.
Yes well things are never as good as you hope they will be but I am sure that as time goes by and the nerve prob. improves you will get even better than you already are.

I knew I wanted to have the 2nd surgery & I've been pushing & begging to have it done as soon as possible.
Just keep at them such people have a way of forgetting about patients so don't let them.
