It helps already, that someone knows what I am talking about :-) I will try several things. At first I reduce starch more than I already did and follow Your advice to avoid red meat. This Psyllium sounds very good as well.
Hey DaveSchwartz, as far as I know avocado could be a problem. I read it in one of the threads. Chocolate has definitively some starch and the skin of almonds as well. Maybe you could deal with it but than something brought your digestive system some irritation? Another reason could be, that you get more sensitive to starch.
