I have seen a few threads here on cryotherapy, but no comments from anyone who has tried it. Hoping to hear from a few folks who have, as my wonderful German Physical Therapist is suggesting I give it a try.
She is also suggesting Radon / Gastein, but I am finding many more threads on that topic and it seems worth a shot.
Any input?
