If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

"Primal Defense" probiotic has both B.Bifidum and L.Casei which I know some folks on this forum have tried. I haven't tried it but will be on my shopping list.
I recently started off with "AOR Probiotic 3" which is the only one I can find that has "Clostridium butyricum" which is a starch eater (be careful if you are sensitive, it comes packaged in potato starch as its prebiotic)that can apparently promote TREG cells into production. I only started on it a couple of weeks ago and really need to give it a good 3-6 months.
The following 3 are recommended in a stack on some of the sites promoting gut health.
"AOR Probiotic 3", "Primal Defense", and "Prescript Assist". I know some folks here have tried it but I'm not sure for how long or if it provided any noticeable benefits.
Comparing the bacteria in each of the above, they don't seem to crossover too much and there is quite a range of different species when you stack them including soil based organisms.
Think I will just cough up and buy the stack.
