At 10 times the dosage, you are correct.
At 1/10th the amount, ~3-4.5 mg, it is used to affect the immune system, in a positive way: MS, cancer, autoimmune, auto inflammatory disease.
look up low dose naltrexone or LDN and read all about it.
Clinical studies strongest on MS, but also some clinical study success with crohn's etc.
