Hi. I was able to cross country ski for years. Mostly local mountains. I remember one time in the middle of any elk herd, the snow was very deep, I was turn to look at a big bull, and I fell off the skis. It took me a long time to get back on my skis cause I had gotten stiff and was unable to reach my feet!!! It seemed like the elk circled me just to watch the stiff guy try and get back up!
