I have the constant buzzing ringing in my ears, and at times severe dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus, and the hearing loss - It hasn't been suggested that I have Meniere's disease. So use to the buzzing/ringing, it's normal now. Looking into possible Growth Hormone problems and few other health issues. I have AS and I am HLA B27+. On no drugs.
