You have such a positive attitude and are such an inspiration for the rest of us.
Hoping the neurosurgeons have new ideas; i do find that with new doctors often come new ideas. they may not be thinking outside the box, but they have a different box of ideas to choose from, so more doctors come more things to try. and having that hope helps keep us positive.
Do treat the pain more if you need too. For me I find not only meds, but a fair amount of sitting in my recliner on ice and/or heat, sometimes both at the same time (the heating pad on one part of the body makes the ice that's necessary on another part not seem so cold), helps quite a bit with the pain.
