This particular op has been 'approved' by the FDA since 2006. Has a good track record, but, do 'need' to have *Correct prothesis 'fit' and a GOOD surgeon to get it right. This particular webcast is good - surgeon came over fromthe UK where the op was a breakthrough. You'll note the length of the incision - big one, posterior approach
