magnesium; Zinc; Vit-D; Vit-C
and, to stay off red meat, especially lamb (my fave - wwwaaahhhhh) and beef! Also, try to cut out cereal starch as much as poss. Well, we are doing that in any event. But, do LOVE C'mas (type) cake and GOOD bread! Oh yes, and pancakes (crepes). Sigh.
