Went out with my wife just to get out and about and take care of some business (Motor's Cheyenne sendoff). After shopping I went to drive my mobility scooter up the ramp and into the van.
The scooter popped a wheelie, slamming the back of my head into the asphalt seven feet below. My back was mostly saved by the chair back; my head took pretty much the whole impact.
I'm okay...I think.
After losing my cat buddy and my brains in the last forty eight hours I'm afraid to find out what's next--they say bad things come in threes.
