Hi Lisa, They want to review our cases every so many years too. I had to do it a few times already, but I've been on disability 20 years, so it hasn't happened very often. If they require you to be checked out, it involves seeing their one of their doctors too. Sometimes recent medical records and paperwork is enough to continue disability without having to be checked out. HLA-B27+, JRA diagnosis in 1981, re-diagnosed as AS in 1988. Also iritis, colitis, and psoriasis. NSD + low carb helps me. My health makes it hard for me to post in a timely way.
