With pine nuts - watch for "pine nut mouth" - bitter taste when you eat something else quite a while after eating the pine nuts-happened to me recently!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pine_nut I have eaten small amounts in salads fine for years but recently bought a container of imported Chinese pine nuts from the local supermarket ..ate a lot as were delicious!..had effect in mouth a bit later on that made most things I ate taste bitter for about three days afterwards! Had no idea was pine nuts until looked it up. Doesn't happen to everyone but happened to me!)
