oooohhhhhhhhhhhh I hurt today . . . . . must admit I'm not surprised! lol. I was expecting this even if all I did was ride in the sunshine, but in a downpour, plus a ton of stress, whooo! oh lordy. my intentions today include my porch swing or a lawn recliner, and my beads or a book.
and whatever yummy food I want heehee (too bad we don't have peacock in the freezer . . .)
