Thanks about the kefir link, actually i still hesitate to made a milk kefir or not. Last time i drink processed cow milk, i got flared that last for 2 months, hardly walk at the time. So still fear that will happen again, but need to try with yoghurt.
Why people here and several article said that goat milk is safer than cow. Why? Is it because the lactose or because the casein?
And how about the soy milk yoghurt? Is it safe? Soy milk has starch on it but is it decomposed by the bacteria when it comes to yoghurt?
