Ok terrible night poor scoobs in pain and couldn't sleep much so I was awake most of the night as well.Arms still hurting seems to be jumping from one arm to the other just as I think it has calmed down it rears its ugly head again. Wrists are very weak and painful.Oh well there are people worse of like Megan,Brad,Possi just to mention a few.Stop my moaning and get on with it.
