If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I am improving. I notice it. I felt like hell 4 weeks ago and that prompted me to start this. My simponi was no longer working.
I noticed an immediate improvement in my gut symptoms. But the fatigue and thoracic/rib pain was still pretty bad. They seem to go hand in hand. I am less fatigues and have less pain. But it's still bad enough where I'm not comfortable.
I am really pumped up about the prospects of the diet. It's really challenging to learn what to eat. I've gotten a lot of great advice here and am so encouraged by the success of people. I'm thinking of dropping the TNF altogeather but still not sure.
I think my diet is pretty strict but I do eat choclate and some cheese goes with my salads. I also wonder about my salad dressings.
I have a doctors appt. in two weeks. I have sent my rheumy printed info. on both this diet and the antibiotic regimen I read about on here. I am going to ask her for some cipro. we'll see how it goes.
thanks for everyone's words of wisdom and support.
Ari
