though i don't think my mental health was ever as bad as others', i can really see a difference in myself now as compared to the fall. i feel like i'm back to my old much happier self again. this fall was really hard (when i was in a great deal of pain and stuck at home unable to really function), and all i could think back then was that i had no idea how others that deal with that long term handle it; definitely gained a great deal of respect for others during that period of time.

just saying, i think mental health is as important as physical health, and at least for me, the two are so intimately connected.
