Beat together:
4 eggs
75g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup sugar

Then mix in:
3 cups dessicated coconut
handful of raisins or sultanas.

Grease a slice tray or line with baking paper. Press mixture into tray.

Bake about 25 mins at 180 C. Cut into squares when cool.
