I know havent logged in for a while, have been so busy over the summer started a new job lots of training etc, but think i am going through a bit of a flare up. Majority of the Summer i was coping ago and just using Ibruprofen here and there, hopefully things will get a bit better. Cant beleive its Nearly November, where does the time go?
